Written to be checked, not to persuade.

Most feasibility documents are produced to support a decision that has already been made. Ours are built the other way around: the engineering is derived first, the financial model is built onto that engineering, and every quantity carries the formula and assumption that produced it on the same page as the answer.

The practical test is simple. A sceptical reader — a lender's technical advisor, a regulator, a contractor pricing the work — should be able to open any page and dismantle any number in under a minute. If they cannot, the document is not doing its job.

Our flagship practice is irrigated agriculture and agronomic infrastructure. Other sectors are stated as expanding rather than established, because a firm that claims six practices and can evidence one invites exactly the question it cannot answer.

Statutory certification

Design certification for construction, and statutory sign-off, is provided by registered professionals and licensed EPC partners according to each site's requirements.

STATED TERM OF ENGAGEMENT

If the evidence does not support your project — the water is inadequate, the site cannot carry the infrastructure, the market is not there — that is what our report will say, with reasons.

A study that recommends against proceeding is worth considerably more than one that does not.
