METHOD IN PRACTICE
How a Luxera study is built, from first questionnaire through to a document a lender, a regulator and a contractor can each work from.
We separate what is known from what is assumed, and identify what must be measured before design can responsibly begin. You receive a written gap review with indicative costs for each outstanding measurement.
— Structured site questionnaire
— Known vs assumed variable register
— Measurement schedule with indicative costs
— Written gap review within three working days
The design is derived rather than assumed, and the financial model is built onto it. Both are then stressed against the variables that actually move the outcome.
— Derived engineering design
— Model built on engineering outputs
— Sensitivity and scenario testing
— Quantified risk register
Technical outputs are reviewed by an appropriately registered professional before the Blueprint is issued. Statutory design certification is provided by registered professionals, not by us.
— Review by registered professional
— Assumption and formula audit
— Correction and re-issue where required
— Certification handled by registered parties
The completed Blueprint is handed over in a form usable for financing, procurement, permitting and construction — without a further consultancy round.
— Issue-ready document set
— Lender / regulator / contractor usable
— Tender pack and BOQ included
— Live financial model handed over
THE RECONCILIATION LOOP
A written gap review setting out what is known, what is assumed, and what must be measured before design can begin. Yours whether or not anything follows.
